Auf dem Mindful Ectsatic Rave erwartet sich eine Kundalini Yoga Class mit Fokus auf der Stärkung der Aura kombiniert mit elektronischen Beats, die dich deine Lebendigkeit spüren lassen. Am Ende der Class gibt es eine Mantra-Meditation.

After the free asana COMMUNITY CLASS (5.30-6.45 pm) we will continue the evening with a free Mantra & Music CIRCLE (7-8PM). Anyone is welcome to join us with their presence, instruments, and voices to share in this beautiful experience of collective awareness and creation.
